The shipping and handling fee will added to your order.

Send either credit card info, money order or well-concealed cash (no coins). Only U.S currency will be accepted. We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen orders. If you are in a country with mail problems, we urge you to include extra money so we can ship your order via registered mail or at least to insure it for the full value.

Registered mail charge:

$0.00-$49.00 order = $10.00 charge,

$50.00-$99.00 order = $15.00 charge,

$100.00and more order=$25.00charge.

If you do not hear from us within 4 weeks of your order, contact us. Please note that we are not responsible for the orders that arrive to you damaged-any damaged packages should be reported to your local Postmaster. However, if you receive an item other than what you ordered or an item with a manufacturing defect, simply return it to our office and we will replace it with the correct item, along with a credit slip to cover your return shipping expenses. If you do not include the proper shipping/handling charges with your order, we will delete enough items from your order to cover the shortage. Orders are usually shipped within days, but allow 2-4 weeks for delivery. If the item(s) you select are out of stock, you will be issued a credit slip toward any product we offer, so please list alternate choices. Make all money instruments payable to SpringRain, Inc. We prefer to ship by UPS ground, so please list a street address whenever possible, and if you supply us with an e-mail address we will e-mail you your shipping information (US Residents only).

If you do provide us with personal information, we may retain and use this information for several purposes. We may use your e-mail address or your mailing address to send you updates about products, specials and other items of interest. If you have already submitted  this information and would like to remove it, please e-mail us request to clear your profile. If you make a purchase, we will need to retain certain information for billing and shipping purposes.

Return Policy

Contact us by e-mail within 30 days of delivery. In certain conditions (if item was opened and cannot be resold we are not able to give you a refund). We can not be responsible for the performance of any purchased products if the box says that the product is guaranteed, then, this claim is from the manufacturer of the product and not by us. Please contact them. However, if the manufacturer does not support their claims about their product, then please contact us.
